The Pastrami Pit was born to pay homage to the classic hamburger stands reminiscent of Southern California. The husband-and-wife ownership team are California transplants now residing in Texas. While enjoying the newness of Texas and all the great things it has to offer, they also longed for some of the nostalgic regional tastes of California like a pastrami sandwich. Pastrami Pit's mission is to bring the beloved West Coast flavors to transplants and introduce them to others. The company is driven by a passionate desire to make a difference in the lives of its guests through the emotional connection of hospitality, the human experience of eating, and the predictability of consistency.
